Discovery Bay features a well-maintained marina perfect for all your boating needs. Located on Table Rock Lake, you’ll be able to dock in perfect waters for boating, swimming, fishing, and water sports. If you choose to purchase and build on one of our available waterfront lots, you’ll have instant access to Table Rock Lake for your boating convenience and a chance to see the placid waters in all their glory.

Table Rock Lake

Table Rock Lake is a beautiful warm-water lake with year-round recreation opportunities. It is an artificial lake designed, built, and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and features 745 mi. of shoreline and 67 sq. mi. of surface area.

Fishing remains popular all year at Table Rock. Species include Largemouth bass, Walleye, Bluegill, Spotted bass, White bass, Smallmouth bass, Flathead catfish, Green sunfish, and Longear sunfish.

Nearby Services

Due to its popularity with boaters, Table Rock Lake offers many services along its shoreline. Waterfront restaurants with boat access include Watson’s on the Water, Ride the Wave Bar and Grill, and The SS Dockside Cafe and Pub. For boat maintenance, you’ll have a variety of options including Specialized Marine Services and McCall Marine Service.

Waterfront Lots

Waterfront lots are selling quickly at Discovery Bay. Like lots on the private airstrip, these properties start at a range of prices for your specific needs. We currently have six lots available directly facing the lake, but many more across the Landing.

Lot 4 is a large, elite property that lies on the main road near the entrance to Discovery Bay, perfect if you crave convenience. The lot also features some of our most exceptional views of Table Rock Lake and the surrounding forests. Each lot at Discovery Bay also features access to our private airstrip and beautiful marina.
